We got the call from our daughter's school in the late afternoon... They found lice on the day before her birthday! I called the folks at Licenders and they fit us in that night-- staying long after closing time to be sure Ada was taken care of BEFORE her birthday. They were all so lovely, kind and extremely competent-- to be honest it felt more like visiting a favorite aunt's beauty parlour than a lice treatment place. They took care of our entire family, gave us solid follow-up advice and didn't do any hard selling of their products (though we did buy the all natural shampoo, which we will continue to use) I can't say enough good things-- I hope we never have lice in the family again, but if we do, we're headed straight to Licenders!
